Here's 3 things you can do TODAY to eliminate overwhelm in your business!

Sometimes the thought of trying to get your business in order or simplified can feel VERY overwhelming....am I right? 

 As I was talking with a friend who was feeling like she was drowning and ready to throw in the towel, it occurred to me that trying to get your business to a point where you feel like you're thriving and not just surviving is not as easy as some make it look online. 

 And while outsourcing this to a business manager is ideal (HEY - if you need one, DM me! 🤣), sometimes we need some simple and quick ideas that we can start with NOW while we also look to outsource. 

 So, here are some quick and simple ways you can simplify and organize your service-based business TODAY:

 1. Make your client experience (from lead to onboarding) as simple as possible, so your clients know what to expect.  You don't need to overcomplicate this process. 

 2. Create simple, easy to manage services and pricing options so you don't have to track every single thing. You shouldn't be specializing in 12 different services, because not only does it confuse potential clients, but it is VERY hard to track and manage as a business owner! Also, your clients shouldn't have different types of payment days, options, or packages. make it easy on them AND yourself! 

 3. If you have a team working with you, make sure they are tracking their own hours and they are invoicing YOU on a specific day of the month (and not the reverse). Having them invoice you gives them records for their own tax purposes, empowers them, and allows you to easily pay them on the same day each month!
